FAQ'S
We check all goods before leaving the workshop and will only send goods out if we
are completely satisfied with their condition.
We suggest that you check your goods for any damage on delivery and notify us as
soon as possible. We will require proof of damage which can be sent in photo form
in an email we can then make a claim against the relevant courier.
We want you to be happy with your goods. If you are not satisfied, please contact
us via email giving us as much detail as possible and leave your name and contact
number so we can get in touch to discuss.
If the product is not as you expected you will need to email us or get in touch via our contact form. Please give us as much detail as possible as to why you are not satisfied. All return requests need to be made within 24 hours of delivery and refunds will only be issued once the goods have been returned to us. Return delivery may be chargeable.
